It's going to have to be a absolutely humongous R/S. However, Vince has always promised no R/S's and has instead tried to do spin-offs, because they have the same effect, but not the negative connotation. The problem is, the first spin-off we were dumb enough to give our shares back, and the second one befell an even more gruesome fate.
Nobody's ever done one that big. I think the current record is 1:176,000.
But to answer your question, it'd depend on how the company decided to deal with fractional shares. Knowing PCBM, I suspect they'd just decide they were worthless.
