Brokerages make a ton of money lending out your shares in a margin account...without paying you.

In a cash account they have get your permission to loan and negotiate a % interest that they pay to you.

That is how JB got so wealthy.

Been getting 17.25% on ANY from FIDO for a long time. Should have sold high and bought low, tho!
