Samsung announced two weeks ago they are in "mass production" on their 14 nm FinFET chip (7420)..it's widely assumed it will be inside the S6 (to be announced next week at MWC)

Are either Samsung or TSMC currently producing 16nm FinFet in significant volume?

....well if Samsung releases their S6 phone in Q2, they will likely ship MORE 14nm FinFET than Intel in Q2.
