NNVC Press Release is the source.

FluCide's excellent safety profile resulted in the need for a very large quantity of the drug for the GLP Safety/Toxicology studies required for an Investigational New Drug ("IND") filing. The multi-kilogram quantities of FluCide needed for these safety and toxicology studies will be produced in the new Shelton facility.

Sorry, but no GLP tox study on beagles is now happening.

What is your basis for assuming tox is dead for 2015. As far as we know BASI is injecting beagles as we speak. I've seen nothing definitive to the contrary.

Your joking, right?

NNVC issued a press release when they delivered just 200g of Flucide to BASi, just enough for the acute toxicity test on mice.

There have been no press releases about any further deliveries of Flucide to BASi. BASi wrote up the results for the mice and is done. There's nothing for them to do until NNVC delivers more Flucide.

I was wondering if there was anyone foolish enough to think at this late date that tox isn't stalled. Well, now I know.
