Why would they announce a divvy and nothing about a R/S seems like two opposite ends of the spectrum to me.

BYSD mentions nothing about the ownership of Physical Bitcoin and/or successfully implementing their ATM's into the market place. No earnings, increasing debt and loss of shareholder confidence, previous scams involving Pump & Dump's, and various other negitive factors facing BYSD that will continue to lead to the depreciation of PPS IMHO. Don't be fooled with the PR's being released as this company is selling into the buying activity and will R/S as soon as perceived volume is realized.
