Please explain your comments about the mms not being honest ,what do you mean when you say there's a lot of paper out there and how have you determined that the stock is not heavily shorted .please educate me thanks

The OTC short report .com shows short vol from feb 19 - feb 25 at 47,722. Total vol 70,123 I would consider that to be strong shorting of this stock.
