Yes, sub-penny is coming!!!
tmm is going to lose this lawsuit very badly and be confirmed as an empty shell!
And that's IF they can survive until trial! The judge has ORDERED them so sue HP and how much longer can they stall???

Let's add:

1) Remember when we were told the tale that TMMI has to sue HP.... LOL, and ask yourself EVEN IF THAT WAS TRUE, why would that change anything as far as TRUDEF and signing tens of millions in contracts??? iT WOULDNT!!! HP could care less about what happened with those shady back room deals 15-20 yrs ago. This is total fantasy.
2) Remember when we were told about charts, and new lows, and how TMMI was going to be sub penny...LOL. Now as the stock breaks thru .10, we are bieng told the same thing, and a major announcement is about to occur within a couple of weeks. So how seriously can we take this prediction again??? REPENT ALL YE SINNERS, THE END OF THE WORLD IS NEAR!!!!
3) Remember when were told TMMI is going to lose their lawsuit against the Demented ones, even though TMMI has won a judgement in Patent court and stripped 1 of Demented's patents of all key sections, and is about to strip the other one-----Prior Art means that TMMI has proven that it was using the technology first and it was stolen by Demented who patented it, but now have been stripped of it.
4) Remember the tale about TMMI being an empty shell soon, and not surviving till the trial? LOL. The empty shell will be signing tens of millions in contracts whle Demented has been stripped of its patents and is begging to settle before they lose their personal money and are slapped with million dollar plus judgements.

THE PREVIOUS TALES:
Does everyone remember the sub-penny prediction that was made for TMMI stock?
Does everyone remember the fable that the Demented patents were usable, and being used?
Does everyone remember the story that Demented was doing big deals and had alot of business going?
Does everyone remember the tale that there was a legal and signed merger document between DFI and DFMI?
Does everyone remember when you were told that TMMI's new 3 year low spelled doom and that the charts looked terrible for the stock price.
Does everyone remember the story that TMMI had no money and was about to go banko?
Does everyone remember the spin that there was no partenership with TMMI and Raytheon because no one knew who TMMI was?
And does everyone remember the spin about the Iterated lawyers, and that we should ask them if TMMI was entitled to the Iterated tech----where are they?
Last, but not least do you remember the long tale about how TMMI was using stolen software, and that the Demented defendants would win the lawsuit?

ALL TALL TALES AND FANTASIES, BUT HERE IS THE ONLY THING THAT TRULY MATTERS AND IT'S CALLED TRUDEF WHICH PERFORMED 3 TO 5 TIMES BETTER THAN ANYTHING RAYTHEON IS CURRENTLY USING---BUT WAIT, RAYTHEON AND TMMI HAVE NO PARTNERSHIP, I FORGOT....LOL.
