yeah, I guess people want to see the property purchase close before getting too excited. it makes sense that MDCN would want the zoning license approval prior to actually buying. so far everything seems to be progressing in the right direction from where we stand today. I'd be more than a little upset if I'd bought and been long from more than a month ago or so...
