Once a scammer always a scammer. He got caught in the Coke lie so what makes anyone think he wouldnt lie again? Come on common sense says it all and I just providing the smoking gun in the Colorado filings which were done right after they filed with OTC to be non reporting.
I believe the plan is to milk all the shares and then file BK. You dont practically sell your product for nothing unless you are liquidating all assets and run for the hills.
