The bulk of the ore is not in question. We are trying to figure out if the non-bulk-of-the-ore near the surface might be profitable. You may be right about the bulk of the ore but that tells us nothing about the ore that might be gotten at with a Vermeer. The point is to bootstrap the entire mine with the relatively small amount of higher grade ore near the surface.
