I disagree: Capuano's Bill offers the way out

and so is a Game Changer, even if it does not pass, because it opens up the dialogue amongst many members of Congress, many of whom are new in role and have no legacy to cover up or try to burnish. They just want to fix the situation and move on.

Also, while anyone with a brain saw Corker Warner was a non-factor, and yet the Controlled Media made a lot out of that.

I disagree with that accretion, if he did not believe it has a chance or a very good chance in making some headway, he would not propose it again.

Any Bill has chance of passing in the congress ,none ,this is clear ,congress is broken!!!,, either in favor or against the shareholders in FnF , the difference is that ,this is the first that takes into account to the shareholders of FnF and respects the constitution , Oh yes believe it's have a lot of weight in the dynamic around FnF,FHFA,and even over the court process,GO FnF
