Think they are late with their 3rd quarter 10Q. Seems March 31st is the end of their fiscal year according to prior filings.

10Q would have been due 2/15, while if it was a 10K they'd have until April 15th to file it.

Cannot figure why they posted an amended report last week and then withdrew it. Maybe they posted it by mistake meaning to post the 10Q for the 3rd quarter.

Not really worried about the yield sign, after all they just renewed NVSOS license.
