BK: the point is that BASi can NOT complete Tox testing with just materials from existing lab. Those are Seymour's words, not mine.

Previously, Seymour claimed they DID NOT need the new facility to complete BASi Tox.

Those are just the facts. I'm not going to link quotes, we all have read them.

This is too easy. Originally:

One set of tox studies is my understanding. The tox studies only need GMP-like or GLP product. Actually, they don't even require that.

Now:

I have always maintained that GLP product would be needed for tox studies

Here's a great discussion of Tox from '13. Looks like this guy called it back then.

If scale up production has not started at the existing facility (the PR yesterday said they were still conducting scale up studies) then they will likely not have enough material for glp testing in q1. Which means material from scale up would be used for glp testing in q2.

If the facility is coming on-line in q1, why would they be doing this scale up production in q1?

Think about the timing. Doesn't make sense. Don't just knee jerk and flame me.

IMHO, tox will not be completed in '14. I was first to say it would not be completed in '13 and everyone flamed me. [EDITED]

Wait for it.

This dude's awesome call was despite hearing:

1 kg per 3 day manufacturing cycle for a month will Tox test a lot of mice.

1KG per 3 day manufacturing cycle? They haven't produced 1 kg since this was originally expected in Dec of '13!
