You don't get it do you. What this CON MAN did was set up several false mailing dates. Then in his last few FB posts said KMA will deliver proxies at its convenience...that means he will hand them out at the door at the AGM if anyone shows up, and he is counting on people like smoke not showing up since he did not get a proxy form Reid as promised to all shareholders. You see the way a CON MAN works is he keeps his CON running as long as he can, and the way he manipulated this proxy SCAM of this SCAM stock is really brilliant!!!

I think it is a foregone conclusion that no proxies are going to show up in the mail in any reasonable amount of time for the meeting. That really only leaves one possibility...that somehow this will be done electronically by Broadridge through a "virtual meeting" as was alluded to in the last FB post. In person participants vote at the meeting and non-attendees vote on-line during the meeting perhaps?

But the instructions for the Broadridge portal were suppose to be published this week before the meeting...and here we are 44.5 hours away from the meeting and nothing has shown up.

This is going to be interesting.
