You are correct that not everyone is a nervous short.

I was just looking at all the weird stuff that has happened in the last few days.

1) Personal Info???
2) Armies of azzclowns
3) Married w/ Children
4) Legal affairs

etc...


You will always find problems with young companies. The question is... Can a company over come its problems? If the answer is "yes" then it is all a non issue. I am buried at .022 - .024 with some at .028. I am not worried.

If there was a suit of a material nature then the company would release the details.

As for the suits where PBLS may be the filer, there has been talk that PBLS is going after people who have slandered the company for their own profit...

MF if you were to call the company and ask about these you might find that most are frivolous and/or taken care of..or not worth anything.

Especally in light of the acquisition mode the company is in. They are making money...when people and companies are making money you have all kinds coming out of the wood work trying to get a little piece of the pie.

So I don't know where you are going or trying to get to with this information...but to be honest most of it is already known and is old news.

Perhaps you can dig up something we don't know about....That I would be interested in.
