if they are restricted, those are not on the float. So to my point, 85 mill on the float plus 95 mill restricted, makes 180 mill OS, so , how come there is only 149 ?

They do not add up, good catch!!!! The OTC data is in error!!!

The later SEC amended form 4 reports, correct that error. One too many zeros in the Presidents shares data was on the original SEC report. Trying to recall if he is the new or old president, the old one that returned shares recently before he resigned, or if he is the new president?
