Whats keeping it down is dilution, people don't want to buy in when what their holding is going down in value because more shares make it less valuable. Patents does not equal buyers.

IMO simply due to huge coordinated short attack by folks following the Seeking Alpha Frauds..

we see what happens when shorts get squeezed... they jump on board long and swing this puppy much higher...

also, wouldn't see insiders (50%+) holdings... keeping their shares go at $3 if it wasn't worth more.
