They are restricted for one year from the date the TA assigned them to your broker. They can be converted to 100,000 commons for every 1 preferred. After the one year mark you have to notify the TA by written letter that you would like to convert X number of shares and then the TA sends your request to Telecorp for approval before TA assigns them back to your broker.
