It doesn't matter if it's legally removed or not. Or maybe it does! Why was that necessary?
But the fact remains that the same person is running it in the manner the previous one was run. Until Heffernan becomes transparent with the company to shareholders, there's no indication that the sociopath has changed his ways. Arrogance is a part of a person's nature.
As for HEFFX putting out information or trading dark, isn't a requirement of the market it trades in or any reflection of the Heffernan Group of Companies
