Why would Offor ever fire Ntephe? He is the one providing Offor the opportunity to screw all the other shareholders by allowing him to buy these convertible debentures. Offor will probably give Ntephe a raise and then fund that raise with more convertible debentures. Stay tuned, hang on to those reins tight and add to your position if possible. A lot more shares will need to be owned to avoid the additional dilution that is coming. Offor has now figured that out and he has figured out how to get them on the cheap.

I guess shareholders should have put in an offer sheet for those convertible debentures because by not doing so, it opened the door for Offor to do it and he did.
