You are correct that the false reverse merger information lured in many that did not verify the status of the other company. Had they done that, they would have discovered it to be "OUT OF BUSINESS" three months BEFORE the letter of intent was signed. All my shares are currently listed for sale at 0002 as I never sell at a loss (even in the form of commission fees). This means I will probably lose it all, but that's the gamble you take with the pinks. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. GLTY
