I think all your questions and BIG revenue will be added after the F10. Past has proved nothing moves the PPS before F10 is filed and trust in CEO is regained.

However we are trading at least a factor 5 under true valuation

I believe the the A list cast and crew of SHADOW VISON will move directly over to Mother Goose. As you know, 1/3 of SHADOW VISON was reported complete last summer but as of yet, there has never been a press release announcing the who the actors, writer, director, cinematographer or any other person associated with the production.

Of course the identity of these top notch professionals will be kept a secret as that is standard for all low budget B movies.
