before but forgot about it.

This is truly the Story about Frank and WNTR all
bungled up in one page.

Plus i found the page online where he had a
Boat company and ripped people off as well.

And this stuff about having a Dutch Auction
and those with Certificates are the only
ones to attend the auction.

This guy sure has tangled himself in a mess
and i think its time for the SEC to come in.
