I'm sure they do "stipulate" to dismiss the case. Klein got the paperwork he didn't have for the CERTS, and Alonzo got the Preferred "A" shares cancelled.

Does a STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL ever include evidence that supports new claims after it's shown an affidavit(s) is false?
