"Kenya is vast and the testing shows over 12 drillable sites already. Could be a huge new oil field waiting to be developed."

Ok, heres scenario #1. What if Kenya does look amazing, many incredible prospects with tonnes of potential. The company has a choice, they can make it into drilling by the skin of their teeth and pray they hit on the one well? Putting the other assets at risk in doing so.

Or scenario #2. They opt to sell Kenya for a very attractive and fair price pre drill and walk away with enough cash to comfortably move forward with Chad, EEZ and possibly other new potential properties?? Live to play another day so to speak.

It would be hard to say no to number two IMO. From an investors standpoint and definitely from a company perspective.

Probably not for off from what's being worked on.... Deloitte, how much is it worth tho??!!
