I think it's great news. It is necessary....plus warrants are set at $.54 for 60 months. I really like our technology and believe it will save many lives.
It is dilution at a discount. I wish I could say there is anything positive about it for current holders. That said, these trials are expensive and I guess they need to price it where it can be sure to be fully subscribed. Long term it shouldn't matter, but I expect some short term pressure - I was thinking of picking up more if it sank a bit, this will probably give me that opportunity.
