Yeah I hope they don't vote to increase the A/S. I would personally kick David Waldman, even though he may not have anything to do with it...who am i kidding??
I have a sneaky feeling they are going to increase the A/S though...but just to fulfill the requirement for note holders...oh well, who the hell knows here in OTC. Anything is possible.
