Do YOU really think that ANYONE on the planet Earth is going to pay a DIME above $10 to $12 Million for this Company ... and magically include the common shareholders in the payout waterfall; behind any bondholders and secured creditors and preferred shareholders?

Do you REALLY believe that ... when the common shareholders don't even have a VOICE with respect to the Trustee? For heavens sake, their interests and concerns won't even be ADDRESSED by the court! They are collective No-Bodies!

The Bankruptcy court is NOT a court ... as much as its a version of "Jurassic Park" ... chock full of hungry (and VERY savvy) RAPTORS.

And guess ... just GUESS ... who the PREY is.
