Seems like I can only contact you on public reply, I do not have a paid subscription. As far as real estate is concerned, I cannot give you any advice if you are already contracted with an agent.
My back ground in a nut shell is: 22nd year in real estate in LV. Member of the Board of Realtors Faculty, means the State Real Estate Division approves me to teach agents their continuing education classes. Was voted in last year to the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors Hall of Fame (over 14,000 members). I guess that means I am pretty good at what I do.
