The DEATH Reverse split just hit..

It seems to me that you hang out on the places where people file for a Reverse Split.. then go post the news on places to strike fear in the heart of the investors, thus promoting your own Short profits. Please correct me if I am wrong here..

In many cases its true that a reverse split is a bad thing. Lots of companies use it as tool to keep their PPS up so they can keep their listings. They do this because financially they are in trouble and probably losing money. Its a last ditch effort for them.

To assume that SLTD is doing the same thing is just plain wrong.

Feel free to back up your statement why this is a 'Death Reverse Split', I would love to hear your point of view.
