Yup talked about this last night a bit. The OS now shows at 3.7 billion up from 1.4 billion. Which in my opinion means that Factor converted bringing the reserve amount of shares under the minimum and therefore necessary for the AS increase......It would appear that their endeavours to bring more friendly financing either are taking longer than they need or fallen apart (UPDATE FOR CLARIFICATION NEEEDED) Eitherway looks like the SS structure has grown...... Some think that shares have already been absorbed and this will bounce. I am waiting to see shares (from the 1.4 billion increase to 3.7 bil) hit the market still in a sizeable amount. Whether it be now or over the course of a PR blitz remains to be seen........
