Just going by what we saw with sunworks

Sunworks was announced the last day of the month in which was supposed to close in, Jan. 2014. I gotta think they closed the deal before Jan. 31 and maybe JN just thinks it's best to announce end of month for strategic reasons.

So I gotta think MD is closed and will be announced last day possible, this Friday. The PR today said "subsidiaries" which is a direct implication the deal is done. But again maybe JN likes announcing these things at the end of the range given.

I don't know, just my thoughts.
