I agree. Their complete lack of effort to address shareholder concerns tells me they have counted the votes already and don't need ours. In that case I have no reason to act like a sheep and rubber stamp that arrogance so I will vote NO to send a message.
"RottenPerson" - Yes - you're right - they already do have enough votes right now to do the reverse stock split and, believe me - a REVERSE STOCK SPLIT WILL HAPPEN!! There is really NO DOUBT AT ALL ABOUT THAT!! Once the reverse stock split does happen (which - once again - it WILL happen) and then the STOCK PRICE GOES RIGHT BACK DOWN TO WHERE IT IS RIGHT NOW then - and ONLY THEN - will I start to seriously think about buying back into ECIG. Seriously - A REVERSE STOCK SPLIT IS NEVER A GOOD THING FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS - NEVER - and it will NOT be this time either. Have a nice day.
