I could be wrong, but I really doubt that FINRA would let Peii do another reverse split anytime soon. What is really unfortunate is that they probably didn't even pay off that much debt since the last RS. There wasn't enough volume. I'm surprised they didn't try some sort of PR Pump when the price was over a penny. They could have made a lot more at higher price. Now the OS will just get massive, and this stock will not be able to move.
