Hoch is not "gifted" anything.

Most of his shares are back from the Billserv days. The only way his options are worth anything is if the stock goes up, which is a result of good financial performance.

Some people on this board are so hung up on his selling that it has cost them a chance to make a killing in this stock. Can't see the forest for the trees.

I'm laughing all the way to the bank.
