amaintrader, wow, thanks so much. I never knew any of that. I don't due as much diligence as I should. from what I summarize it has 1 good point and 1 bad point. bad point being the degree of difficulty causing sales at low prices causing s/p to drop; good news is maybe they wont even sell. At least I take that as good news because no sales can not cause any change in s/p. so in essence people are taking these certificate as "printed money" not knowing (or caring ?) if they can in the future be converted to cash.I guess what they give up in return cant be too valuable either except good reviews ?
