You realize the outstanding shares are 15 million and not 1.5 million like last year? The company diluted over a million just recently and may be ongoing to keep operations funded. Question is, how many outstanding by the deadline for compliance. There is word that the company may dilute as much as possible right up until the r/s. Let's hope that's all bs talk.
