I agree, Well BAC and Wells Fargo still use them so that's good. The lawsuit was a simple mistake by them not filing a simple document for transferring cash from bank accounts I believe. Once this get dropped, we should here from the Company with a PR id assume. Other than that, we can just follow the chart cause It tells a story itself...
