Should just be a straight tax on ALL goods and services sold in the US~ No brackets , No IRS Just Straight across the board %Tax on everything~ Lets face it~ MANY of us Use less than others ~ Adjust it to Fair for ALL instead a the Few! Kinda like the OTC!
