My common stock shares say Encounter Techs New and my froze up Divi's say ENCOUNTER TECHNOLGIES ** RESTRICTED SHARES ** STOCK DIVIDEND.

To answer your question it would be Encounter Techs New since the divis are restricted and cannot trade.
