Test filing in my opinion is a joke and just another way to delay.
You either have or you don't have the proper paperwork to file.
You file and if something is wrong they will notify you. Now
who ever heard of test filing?
For those who think they paid Hogan and Taylor show me just one
time in the quarterly reports that was making money where they
used one cent to pay Hogan and Taylor, as if they paid them it
would be in a quarterly filing. So for anyone that can show
where Hogan and Taylor was paid bring it on and show us.
I hope they really do have a form 10 and audit but my gut
says we have been lied to again and ultimately we get another
reason that will delay this.
If you want to see the stock price go up then let Eric resign.
He is a total liability with no credibility, and his past will
haunt us forever. I personally think no one wants to do
business with him, as history says you need to sue to get paid.
