I have even asked TD (before I left them) WHY THEY put chills on trades and others don't,,,they offered the explanation that they care more about protecting their clients in multiple areas concerning certain trades...Vaque is how I saw it, too vaque...and I never fall in love with an OTC any way so what is considered Undesirable is NOT so much in my situation...
