Absolutely, High Risk/High Reward and we are not talking about a Biotech with no products in the market trading at $10/share pending FDA approval which in that case will be extremely High risk regardless to the tech but we are talking about rewards from few thousand dollars that can transform to million dollars in couple of month at $0.1 if approved (High Reward). The risk on the other hand is minimal, you lose few thousands if you don't have patience to wait few more month for third go infront of FDA with small clinical trial and Class III. Its a no brainer that holding and perhaps accumulating on the cheap is worth it, JMO
