Thanks... 500Million. The litigations are almost all settled and were the result of a devestating fire in 2002 destroying our building and all of its contents. We chose not to declare BK and ride it out since friends who were customers and vendors would suffer.

The FDA 510(k) will be submitted prior to Beta testing our prototype some time towards the end of this summer. Yes our device is a class II device.
