Based on this analysis the stock should be worth .025$ USD. I'm thinking just a PR or an ammended statement of ownership proving dilution is over with sends the stock close to that. Add hype based on federal decriminalization and we're back to a nickel.

NOTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS CONSERVATIVE!

Why is DROR is acting like the shareholders is trying to grab the earnings from VPOR and that is not even close to the truth, what the shareholders want is a chance for growth in value of their shares, a fair shake.
I bought Vapor Group stock all the way to above .40 cents and Dror did the unthinkable and took the stock down for a big hit to the sub pennies by taking on Toxic Debt to suck more money out of shareholders and investors at .001 and did not let the shareholders know and on top of that sign more Toxic Loans with Hanover /Magna to deepen the wounds to the shareholders all with his intent to do a R/S Reverse Split to take the shareholders monies from them. [ just a note VPOR would have been over one Dollar at this time with out the Toxic Debt.]

Dror is not a honest man he is not being straight with his investors in Vapor Group. We may have to have a full audit of the company if Dror don't get straight with the shareholders. Dror should know that he is on thin ice and could be a subject of deportation and more.
