Just a note about WM's income. The money is not counted as sales revenue (also from the statement), which I'm sure Sewer knows. Mentioning only for readers of the post, who might not have seen the statement.

I'm not sure what that means. Are the funds held in escrow until delivery? What conditions are contained in the contracts?
