states where to buy a product or not. most don't. its about timing. why put out a billboard yet if a major distributor is about to ink a deal?
one must remember mine is dealing w/ moving parts. a billboard couldve easily have already come out w/ what they already have out in s calif. so, deductively logic points to them strategically waiting a little longer so that they can announce & have in stores a deal w/ another distributor. from the signals given by the company, that seems to point to another natl chain.
