Jason, the former ADIA CEO, doesnt seem to follow through on very much he claims.

Imagine appointing a former penny stock broker and CEO of another failed sub penny stock pink sheet company Livewire, to CEO of ADIA.

Isnt that just brilliant??

Dont hold your breath waiting for Jason to protect ADIA shareholders any time soon. Just take a look at ADIA today... a NO INFORMATION company for years, no public disclosure, virtaully never trades... Shareholders fed a lot of promises that never materialize - has been going on for years..

Shareholders of ADIA may have, right now, a 100% tax write off of their entire investment in ADIA since there is no liquidity of volume in its stock. A complete disaster!!
