Reverse split would be detrimental. It would allow the stock to go below $0.0001 where it's been for years. Whereas, returning most of the shares to the company for retirement will rid the dilution without sacrificing share price.
Heck, this is pinky land. These stocks' prices move dramatically by virtue of a press release. But there is no greater joy to pinky gamblers like us than 1) a reverse merger and 2) reducing dilution by a means other than a reverse split.
