I work as a contractor for a gov agency and we do all the work. Most gov emoloyees are lazy and incompetent. Once the employee hits the one year anniversary it's almost impossible to fire them. They just move them to another department. I've said it multiple times 90% wouldn't last a month for a private company.
May i ADD--put them on a " PIECE WORK" style program--if they DONT do PRODUCTIVE ACTIONS for the COUNTRY/STATE/COUNTY...they DONT get paid, or minimally start at a MEAGER base salary and they can work UP from that!!!
This would WEED OUT MANY MANY MANY LAZY, INEPT, DO-NO-GOOD..."workers"
